Eehl Reham 'BIO'

BIO

Born to a high ranking official of the Reham lineage, in a state that strictly forbid females to learn any martial styles. Her father was a councilor who frowned upon this tradition. Like all sword wielders he was not allowed to marry and instead mated with a female of his choosing. He fell in love with one shortly after, but was forbidden to marry her. When Eehl was born she was not placed in a common room as was standard for Sangheili children. Due to the laws about females in her state. She was instead raised by her mother. Her father was encouraged by other Sangheili to mate with another female until he was given a son. He refused, not caring about preserving his bloodline. He cared more about his daughter, visiting her and her mother often and kept in touch with her even after he departed for High Charity. He began training her in Sangheili martial arts at the age of 12 after she showed promise during earlier sparring sessions.

By age 16 she was well versed in both hand to hand and sword battle techniques. On her 18th birthday she had an incident involving a sword wielder attempting to force himself on her as was tradition. It ended with her surprising the male with her martial art skills and a battered male. She was immediately imprisoned and scheduled for execution. Not only for assaulting a male and sword wielder. but for having knowledge of martial arts. About four weeks later the great schisim occurred, splitting the Covenant into two sides. Her father was killed within hours of the start along with many of the other councilors. During the initial attack of Sangheilios by the loyalists, Eehl was freed quite by accident from her cell. She soon rallied the confused and disoriented Sangheili prisoners that had survived. Pushing them out of the prison complex. It was then that she received a broadband message to the Sangheili people from her mortally wounded father. Encouraging them to fight for their planet and drive the loyalists off of it. Telling her he loved her and regretted being unable to see her one last time.

The death of her father drove her forward to push the loyalists off the planet. She used hit and run tactics to gain the advantage due to her group being outnumbered. She also came up with a plan to repel the attack. Boarding a CCS class battlecruiser through the ship's gravity lift. The take over was sucessful and after a one on one fight with a brute shipmaster that left her with a scar. She and her group then used the ship's glassing cannon to take out the assault carrier that was also in orbit. The mission cost her one of her close childhood friends, whom she had to honrably kill at his pleas. Though the invasion of Sangheilios was repelled, millions of Sangheili lost their lives including the kaidon of her province. After the absolute defeat of the Covenant at the ark she approached the remaining elders. Proposing to be instated as the new kaidon of her province. Some of them found the notion of a female kaidon disgusting, one even challenging her to a one on one duel. She accepted the challenge emerging victorious and though it was a fight to the death, she spared the elder. The others soon fell into agreement and made her the new kaidon of her province. She reformed the laws in her area, allowing females to be given equal rights in regards to military service. When Earth allied itself with Sangheilios, she formed a spec ops force that utilized specially designed stealh suits and the same hit and run tactics.

As an individual she is very kind hearted and usually dislikes the Sangheili belief that a drawn weapon must be used. To someone that doesn't know her she would at first glance, seem like a dishonorable Sangheili. Oddly she has few enemies among her people and is well respected. She has a jeweled necklace that was given to her as a child by her father, ever since learning of his death she has never taken it off. It is always worn under her armor. Her favorite past-time is swimming. Physically she is of slighty under average size, standing at 8'4 with freckles over her face and other parts of her body. She posseses bright green eyes and a scar just behind her left eye.
